Our History
Legend Commercial established in Salt Lake City in 2017, led by a team of experienced real estate professionals including Chris Hatch, Rob Sweeney, Joe Mills, and Tanner Olson. With deep roots in the market, the group brought decades of combined expertise in retail. In 2023, Legend merged with Situs Retail bringing on new agents and expanding their footprint. Legend Commercial continued this pattern of growth in 2024 bringing on the firm's first industrial focused team and expanding into other new asset classes like Office and Multifamily. Today, Legend Commercial is a key player in Utah's commercial real estate scene, offering a full-range of real estate services across the regions of the mountain and desert states.
